  • About Cocky

    Cocky is a state-of-the-art platform bridging the electronic music scene with blockchain technologies. We will host world-class electronic music events in spectacular locations across the globe. We will hold 2-4 in-person events annually, alongside more frequent virtual events. 

  • Cocky NFTs

    An NFT is a digital asset that represents real-world objects like art, music, in-game items and videos. They are bought and sold online, frequently with cryptocurrency, and they are generally encoded with the same underlying software as many cryptos. Cocky NFTs are minted on the Ethereum blockchain. The NFTs are a collection of 10,000 visually stunning cans with attributes varying in rarity. Holding Cocky NFTs gives you the chance to win attendance to exclusive events, both physical and virtual. The more NFTs you own, the more chance you have to be selected. All Cocky Can NFT holders are eligible to view all Cocky events live through their account page through live video stream, no ticket needed, only an NFT is required. If you win a ticket, you can attend the event along with all of the privileges that your NFT offers, or you can sell your ticket on our marketplace on our website. Cocky NFTs can also be sold and bought on our marketplace, and NFT + ticket combo listings and purchases are possible.

  • Cocky Tickets

    Cocky tickets are different to Cocky NFTs. Cocky tickets are minted on Ethereum using the POAP protocol: https://poap.xyz and so records attendance of events in this way. The ticket is also an NFT and so you will store it in your crypto wallet. We also offer the option of an e-ticket only if you do not have a crypto wallet.

    An algorithm chooses ticket recipients based on the following:

    - 30% distribution of tickets to randomly selected members in the event's geographical area
    - 40% distribution of tickets to the most active discord participants
    - 30% random distribution from the rest of the user pool

    Tickets are QR coded, and all of them will be checked according to our system for entry to real world events. You must also be 18 years or older to attend our events (age will be checked).

  • NFT Mutations

    When you, or the purchaser of your ticket associated with your NFT attends a Cocky event, the NFT owner will have the choice to update the background of their NFT with the unique passport stamp for that event after the event has passed. A unique passport stamp is created for every exclusive Cocky event that we host. After proof that you attended the event (your ticket is scanned at the event), your NFT will have the passport stamp added to the background of your NFT. The more events you attend, they more unique your NFT becomes! If you have more than one NFT, you can choose which one to assign the stamp to.

We are extremely passionate about our vision and the project we have spent the last 18 months building. If it takes longer than expected to sell down the tokens required to bring this project to life, we are dedicated to continue building and we will do everything we can to meet this goal.

This is the furthest thing from an attempt to make a quick buck. This is a ten, twenty, thirty year vision we are bringing to life.
